Can I pay the total amount upon arrival?

This is only possible if you have made a Last Minute reservation (arrival within 7 days after booking).

 

Am I required to make a payment upfront?

Within two weeks afer the booking you should make a payment upfront of 30% of the total amount, with a minimum of €150, plus the reservation kosts and, if included, the cancelation premium. In case of a last minute, the total amount can be payed at arrival.

 

Do I get a confirmation once my payment has been received 
No, you will not receive a confirmation that your payment has been received. You will, however, receive a reservation confirmation directly after making a booking.

You can transfer the payment(s) to the account number below, indicated by your reservation number. This number can be found at the top left of your reservation confirmation.

What payment options are there? 
You can pay by debit card, credit card or cash.

 

Can I request a deferred payment or pay in installments? 
No, this is not possible.

 

When do I have to pay for my reservation? 
The deposit (30% of total) should be paid within two weeks after booking date. The final payment (70% of total) should be paid within 8 weeks before arrival. In case of a Last-Minute booking (booking within one week before arrival reserved) you pay on arrival at the front desk.

 

Is a deposit required?
Yes, upon arrival a deposit of € 100.00 per accommodation is required.You can pay this with your bank card or by cash. If the accommodation is left according to the guidelines, the deposit will be reuturned within one week after departure, to your account.


When do I get my deposit back?
Within a weak after departure your deposit will be transferred back to the bank account number you provided at an earlier stage. The deposit returned may be less than the initial sum, however, possibly due to breakages (inventory).
